Units were dispatched at approx. at 9:40 pm reference to a Car into a Structure LEO arrived first and advised of a female pinned by the blocks inside the car prior to fire arrival female had self-extricated herself from the car and refused treatment. Units cleared at approximately 11:00 pm.
